2025 Meeting
This event was grounded in the 5 Ms of Geriatrics: Mind, Mobility, Medications, Multi-complexity, and What Matters Most. Our speakers explored how these core principles can be meaningfully applied to the care of people living with HIV.
The meeting was well-attended, full of insightful discussion and insights from different stakeholders. The ‘Matters Most To Me’ session set the scene for discussion with views from three different community members and four excellent case presentations clearly highlighted the need for a multidisciplinary approach.
Key themes that emerged throughout the discussions were mental health, stigma and ageing service provision particularly at smaller and lower-resource centres. We look forward to continuing the discussion in 2026.
